Best Time to Travel in Botswana
During the April to October dry season. With the shortage of water, animals concentrate along the permanent waterways. As foliage dies off, visibility improves your chances of being able to see more wildlife than you can at any other time of the year.
In the cooler, wetter months, animals disperse all over the country-side. This factor combined with denser foliage makes them more difficult to find.
