Each chalet at this Impalila Island accommodation has its own shaded wooden deck with superb views through leafy trees of the gently flowing rapids of the Zambezi River. Two massive Baobab trees dominate the main complex giving shade and grandeur.
Brightly coloured birds are used to being fed some crumbs from your tea-time home-baked muffin and hop around your veranda impatiently. Bedrooms are cooled by the breeze coming off the river and by traditional ceiling fans, and the comfortable bed is swathed in a fine mosquito net.
Kaza Safari Lodge facilities include an infinity swimming pool, fire pit, bar, curio shop, reference library, lounge and dining area all built under the canopy of an ancient baobab. Complimentary Wi-Fi available in public guest areas.
