Jacana Camp is located on an island located in the northwestern region of the Okavango Delta in Botswana. This water-based camp is usually surrounded by water, and the best (and only) way to access it is by flying directly into the Jao Concession.
Flying-into the Delta has its perks, and you'll be rewarded with the most outstanding bird's eye view of the rich, island-strewn floodplains, carpeted in water lettuce and river-lilies. While flying over the Okavango Delta, you should also be able to witness herds of elephants, zebras and wildebeests.
