Rebuilt in 2019, Jao Camp now offers two private villas which share a central area and come with an exclusive-use game vehicle, an experienced safari guide, a chef and a butler. This Okavango Delta safari lodge is perfect for small groups travelling together.
For duos, there are also five twin rooms available, all with private plunge pools, lounge and dining areas, as well as en-suite bathrooms, including indoor and outdoor showers.
The Jao Camp team has maintained a strong commitment to keeping the natural environment as pristine as they first found it. The suites and villas are cooled with a silent evaporative cooler, at a fraction of the energy used by conventional air-conditioning, while calore 'fireplaces' also provide natural heating during the colder months.
