Tau Pan offers you Central Kalahari Game Reserve accommodation in 9 environmentally adapted thatched chalets including 1 family room. Each room has an en-suite bathroom which has an indoor and outdoor shower which has hot water which is provided by solar power. Each room has a fan that provides a welcome breeze on warm nights. They also each have a living area, writing desk and a private viewing deck that is the ideal spot to relax with a morning cup of tea.
The rooms are comfortably furnished with either oversized twin or King-sized beds that face out so that you can admire the view. The rooms have thick walls and low hanging thatch to aid in keeping them cool in the desert environment.
Facilities
The main lodge area consists of a spacious dining-room, lounge area and a deck that affords sweeping views over the Central Kalahari Game Reserve and wildlife visiting the waterhole. There is also a beautiful swimming pool which is the perfect spot to cool down at the end of warm summer days.
