On a Botswana safari at Tuli Safari Lodge, set off on game drives and bush walks with exceptional rangers, bush hides and sleep-outs, horse riding and excursions to villages and places of significance in this very special part of Africa.
Game drives are planned to coincide with the best game viewing times of the day. The variety in the terrain and easy spotting of game guarantees an interesting experience. Additional drives or walks can be arranged on request on your Botswana safari.
On the morning drive you will be woken with tea and coffee and you will stop during your drive for more refreshments and delicious treats. You return to an eagerly awaited breakfast and then the rest of the day may be spent relaxing after your early start.
After High Tea, your ranger will take you once again into the wild in search of game. You stop for sundowners and snacks on your afternoon drive and enjoy a twilight drive back to the lodge. Additional drives after dinner are offered for the chance to see nocturnal species such as the rare Aardwolf, Civet, Genet, African Wild Cat, Spring Hare, Porcupine and Antbear.
Guided bush walks give an exciting opportunity to experience Africa at ground level, taking in the sounds and smells of the bush as well as the sights. At this slower pace, your guide can explain the traditional medicinal use of plants and give more information on fascinating facts about the area.
