Oddballs' Camp is situated on the south-western edge of Chief's Island, deep in the heart of the Okavango Delta. The camp is only accessible by light aircraft from Maun which is a 20-minute hop over the dry outskirts of the town and then into the lush green landscape of islands, channels and floodplains where the camp is situated.
You may also fly in from another camp or from Kasane. Oddballs' Camp cannot guarantee the times of your flights in and out of camp, but Oddballs' Camp will do thier best to accommodate your preferences.
There is a strict luggage limit of 10kgs (22.05 pounds) per person, in soft, hold-all type bags, on the air transfer. Excess luggage may be stored at the office in Maun. On landing, at Oddballs' Camp, you will be met at the airstrip and welcomed to the island.
Once in camp you will be comprehensively briefed on what to expect from, and how to react to the wildlife you might encounter, and you will be required to sign a waiver and indemnity form which indemnifies against accidents.
